Founded in Sacramento, California in 1989, Access Dental Plan (Access) provides dental services throughout the State of California. Access provides dental services to its members both through its staff model (company owned) offices in Northern California (primarily located throughout Sacramento valley) and over 2000 contracted independent dental offices throughout the State.
